I had just got an ASUS Prime Z270-K Motherboard and an Intel i7-7700 Kaby Lake CPU. I was told from ASUS that I need to update the BIOS so it's compatible with my CPU.
Currently It's version 0610 and I don't think I have the option to use ASUS's "flashback" feature.
I've tried putting the update on a flash drive and starting the BIOS from there but I'm still not getting anything.

Other Specs:
Mushkin MRA4U266GHHF8GX2 16GB RAM (2x8GB) Redline RAM
Gigabyte Geforce GTX1050 Graphics Card (I've tested the display on both this and the motherboard's HDMI)

No thats not right, Z270 supports kaby lake out of the box.

Z170 motherboards are the boards that need a bios flash to support kaby lake CPUs.

Does your computer post, or do you have a problem with it ?

No beeps or flashing warning lights. Everything runs, fans lights etc. but no display whatsoever.

When I called asus and gave them my BIOS version, 0610, they said I may need to update it. They also said that my RAM may not be compatible, but it should support the DDR4 2666, which it has.
