A few questions before upgrading my old GPU

Hello guys,

I am planning to upgrade my old GTX 460 graphic's card to GTX 1050 Ti and I have a few questions to ask in order to make sure everything will go as planned.

Here is my current set up:
CPU: Intel Core i5 760
RAM: 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H55M-S2H
Graphics: SDM-HX73 (1280x1024@60Hz); 1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (Gigabyte)
HDD: 931GB Seagate ST31000528AS ATA Device

I am planning to buy specifically this GPU: Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti OC 4G

So, my questions are:
1. Is GTX 1050 Ti fully compatible with my current motherboard?
2. Whether my current PSU (sorry, I haven't checked the model yet) be able to handle GTX 1050 Ti? Assuming that my old GTX 460 requires more power than GTX 1050 Ti (if I've verified this correctly on the Internet) and my GTX 460 model also requires two 6-pin supplementary power connectors as the GTX 1050 Ti model I'm buying only requires one 6-pin connector, I think that my current PSU is fully suitable for this new GPU. Am I correct?
3. It's more of a theoretical question but it would be great to know if my current CPU be a "hard" bottleneck when I replace my old GPU with the new one?

PS. I understand that RX 470 would be a more reasonable choice than GTX 1050 Ti but in my country it's simply too overpriced, so I'm only considering buying particularly this GTX 1050 Ti graphic's card. If you can recommend any price/performance-similar better options (that are fully compatible with my current rig) than this GTX 1050 Ti GPU, then you are sincerely welcome :)

Thank you

Solution
1) There should be no issue with compatibility with your motherboard.
2) You are Correct. Any PSU that can handle the GTX 460 will easily handle the GTX 1050 Ti.
3) Your 1st gen Core i5-760 should be fine with the GTX 1050 Ti. Little to no bottleneck. Good choice card. Comparison
