Hello, I'm a rookie when it comes to knowing anything about computers or even building one. I have a friend who's going to help and show me how to build a computer. I just want to make sure I get the best parts I can possibly afford.

To begin, my budget is anywhere from two to three thousand (if possible.)
I would really like to have:
-Crystal Series 570X RGB ATX Mid-Tower Case
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/crystal-series-570x-rgb-atx-mid-tower-case
-GTX 1080 TI 11GB
-i7-7700
-Watercooling?
-16 GB RAM DDR4 3200
-Samsung SSD 250GB
-HDD 2TB
-2k Monitor at 144hz

Like I said I don't know too much. I would like if someone could make help me find all the parts that would be compatible with what I'm looking for and also the best brands for each of the parts listed, maybe links to each one if someone is willing to take the time to help? If you need to ask any questions or need to know more information please feel free to ask. Thank you! :)

Solution
Kept a black/white theme so when you light it, it'll look real nice. i recommend nzxt hue+ for the lighting, that way it'll work with the same software that does the lighting for the kraken x62. I did not budget lighting/kb/mouse/speakers since they were not mentioned in your post and I wanted to give you better parts. assuming this is for gaming btw.
