Stuttering in Games linked to high HDD usage.

I always have some stuttering in a few games such as : GTA V, Hitman (2016), Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, BF 1. Idk why, but one constant seems to be high hard drive usage.

Specs:
i5-4460
8GB 1066 Mhz DDR3 RAM
GTX 1070
Hitachi Hard Drive 7200 RPM
Asrock H97 motherboard

Many times for me, that was an indication of high RAM or VRAM use, or Malware.
The game chugs because it has no room either in your physical RAM to dump some stuff, or the graphics card RAM is limited... so it dumps to the hard drive and bogs out. Your GPU should be fine (obviously). Try to Alt/Tab out during a game, and see what kind of usage your CPU and RAM are getting. You may want to add another 8 Gig to the system. You should also run MalwareBytes (free and good) just to rule out malware.
Players Unknown is a hog tho so I'd use the other games as reference

malware is ruled out i consistently scan with malwarebytes.

anyways, ram usage is usually suuuuper high (like 99/98%) and cpu usage in the 80's/90's. I'm wondering if it could be that my ram is running at 1066 and not a faster speed but yeah 8gb could be the culprit. (also infuriating because it's 4 2GB sticks so I'll have to buy 16GB but I'm already like $800 into this pc who cares lol)

I knew Playerunknowns was a bad example but i put it there because i figured it's popular so others with the game might have the same problem and know why.
