Watch dogs 2 on g2020

Solution
That CPU is well below the MININUM requirement for the game.

An i5-2400s for example is one of the minimum CPU's recommended and it's Passmark score is:
single: 1604
total: 4920

Your G2020 score i s:
single: 1543
total: 2769

I would guess you'd get 30 to 40FPS at Medium settings though I have a feeling it would stutter a lot.

Your GPU is better so it's hard to say how much difference there will be. As well, the CPU and GPU will vary at different parts of the game how important they are.

Finally, resolution and other game settings are very important. You may want to try 1366x768 and perhaps 2xMSAA anti-aliasing and play around.

You can also try forcing on "HALF" Adaptive VSYNC and tweak...

You can also try forcing on "HALF" Adaptive VSYNC and tweak to mostly maintain 30FPS if you get a lot of screen tearing. VSYNC adds lag/slugishness but it MAY be better than having a lot of screen tearing.

**So it sounds like tweaking to maintain a mostly solid 30FPS experience is doable (similar to consoles)

Solution
For Adaptive VSYNC and the "HALF" variant you would:

NCP-> manage 3d settings-> add game-> (choose option)-> save

If you choose the "HALF" Adaptive VSYNC option then FRAPS (or Steam FPS counter) should synch to half the refresh rate (30FPS on 60Hz monitor). If you can't hit 30FPS then VSYNC just turns off so you'll get screen tearing.

The point of Adaptive VSYNC is that usually screen tearing is better than the stuttering you get if VSYNC is on but you can't maintain the FPS cap.
