be able to run it properly ??

specs :

cpu : amd a8 6600k APU

mother board :msi a78m e35

gpu gtx 1060 3gb

8 gb of ram
--------------------------------

and if it doesn't work could anyone please suggest a good cpu and mother board??

Solution
The reason why your GTX 1060 is "under-performing" is because of the CPU. The GPU's level of power exceeds what the CPU can handle, so the GPU won't show all of its potential.

Also, both the A8 and the Athlon x2 are poor-performing CPUs in 2017. The A8 is superior to the Athlon, so just keep that in your system for now.

What's your budget for the CPU+Mobo?
