Hello, I have a motherboard that does not have a fan control option.
My current case fan was supposed to be around 21 ish dba and around 2000 rpm.
However, since it's running full speed, it goes over 2600 rpm, and it is quite loud.
Is there any silent 80mm fan that you can suggest??
Preferably
- low rpm
- low dba
- under or under 10 dollars.
