hey guys i am building a new rig which includes a ryzen 5 1400 and a asus a320 m-k and pairing it with a zotac gtx 1050ti with a corsair vs 450 and ballsitix 8 gb 2666 Mhz ram so will the system be stable with this config coz i know very little of amd cpus and have heard about ryzens compatibility issues also will the ram, mobo and processor go well with each other??

Thanks in advance :)

Everything should be fine, with the possible exception of the memory. I seriously believe it will be fine, tho. But until we get a satisfactory answer from AMD pertaining to their AGESA issue, it might be best to pick RAM from the QVL.
That's what I did just to be safe.

Not exactly. Read this. Scroll down to where it says "Ryzen RAM Compatibility" and read the explanation.
By now (here in the US), most new boards sold all have the latest or near latest BIOS. Check the BIOS on the board you get to see if there is a newer one available, and if the update pertains to the AGESA.

I guess it will all depend on what you have as a budget. But 450W PSUs of decent quality are as expensive as some better more common 500W+ PSUs. If you have $50 to spend on a PSU, I would suggest one of these 520W or 620W Seasonic units instead.

we don't get seasonic PSUs in india (they are all out of stock and i will get one when they are back in stock)i know they are one of the best i got a cooler master thunder series and i have a doubt about the UPS ....using the power calculator i found out my system would draw 219 watts so assuming that was correct can i use a UPS with maximum of 360 watts of output or it has to be more than 450 watts and also shall i get a pure sine wave or a simulated sine wave?? and i need a UPS since there are frequent power outages where i live

and sorry i know i am asking a lot of questions

For your UPS, I would suggest using a UPS calculator based on your locale. Here is an example of what I mean. They take into consideration the conditions of the electrical service you will be using. As I understand, parts of India have very loose regulations on electrical providers. (?)

But 'off the top of my head', I would go for more. 450W is the better choice. Always plan for the future. You'll end up plugging more devices in it, or upgrading the PC.
