What speed memory should I choose for a Ryzen 7 1800x build? 2133 MHZ, 2400 Mhz, or 2667 Mhz?

Hi,

So I'm building a Ryzen 7 1800x build and Im really confused about what memory would be best compatible with it.

Im looking at either G Skill Ripjaws V or Corsair Vengeance LED or Corsair Vengeance LPX sticks 8gbx2. And the memories I'm considereing are 2133 MHz, 2400 MHz or 2667 Mhz gaming isnt a priority which is why I'm going in for these speeds as they are cost effective for me.

Could you help me out in knowing which speed to not consider because of potential instability issues?

Thanks :)

EDIT:-

BUILD LIST
Asus X370 PRO
Ryzen 7 1800X (If I find a dummy's guide to overclocking I'll go for the 1700X) Stock Cooler
DDR4 Ram 2667 MHZ (as suggested by you all, are there any LED Ram sticks that are known to be compatible with the ryzen at this speed?)
Seasonic s12G 750 Watt (May upgrade to threadripper in the future and add another video card)
Zotac GTX 1080 ti Amp (or Aorus)
512 GB SSD (WD Blue perhaps, good price to performance ratio from the reviews Ive read)
2 TB SSHD (For games and asset libraries)
All inside an NZXT S340 Elite

Solution
The 1700x & 1800x don't come with a stock cooler mate.
Just the 1700 (non x) does - thats the CPU you want to be looking at.

At 24.7 I'd leave stock or just ramp up to 3.6ghz - most chips will do that just by changing multiplier to 18 & disabling cool & quiet.

At the most it'll need 1.35/1.36v worst case scenario.
Why a 1800x, assuming you're on a fairly tight budget a 1700 is going to be a far far more practical buy.
You can push close to 1800x performance levels on the included cooler (I know because I've done it)

Ram - 2666mhz absolute minimum. Anything below that has a fairly high performance deficit in any task , not just games.

Lpx I known for sure has no issue at 2666 on about 90% of the boards out there.

You should post your build list mate in case there's anything we can help with.

Because I'm scared of overclocking :p never done it, now would be the time to try it out but I really haven't found a guide thats as simple as 1-2-3. Most overclockers I see just ramp up the voltage and multiplier to a level that gives me anxiety. If you could tell me a guide or just tell me the lowest increments I should start with I'll give it a try and get the 1700x (the 95 tdp just reassured me a little) also I will be running this machine 24x7 as its gonna be my 3d workstation. Hope OC wont affect the cpu in a negative way given the conditions

Then I think I'll save some money and get an after market cooler as well.
