Optimal Graphics Card for Optiplex 980 (+ 850w PSU)

Hi, i bought a cheap MT Optiplex 980 (i5 650 - Mobo 0D441T ). One thing lead to another, and i got the RAM upgraded to 12gb, PSU to Thermaltake 850w (with the power adapter).

Can you recommend an optimal Graphics Card for this system ?

Main usage will be Minecraft, and IO and light games. Hoping can use Photoshop. No serious graphics games required (but would be nice).

i'm looking for second hand Graphics Card and happy to pay about USD100 or less, if possible.

really appreciate any feedback

appreciate your feedback. i'm a noob so please be patient with me. does it matter if i buy a nvidia, gigabyte or zotac etc ? which one is preferable ?

thanks for the practical advice !

do you reckon there are physical issues of fitting it inside at MT optiplex 980 case?

i read on youtube that ideally 5.5" or less (length of graphic card) as the heat sink on top of the CPU blocks the longer graphics card.....

appreciate anyone who has actually tried to stick card in the mobo...
