hi i need help with windows update

hi i just install windows 7 on another drive on my pc bcz my old windows had some Problems so i diced to reinstall the whole windows 7 without deleting the old windows i that i got . now what i am asking for is if i can install the old windows 7 updates that i installed online before on my old windows 7 locate in drive E and install it back again in my main OS now bcz i don't want to re download every update

Unless you downloaded the updates as a package, no, you cannot do this.
If it went through the regular Win 7 update process...those are not something you can just move over to a new install.
