USB 3.0 port problem

Hello, I bought a new computer case and it has a USB 3.0 port on the front panel.

The problem is when i connect a USB 3.0 capable flash drive it doesn't detect it but it detects a flash drive that only support 2.0.

btw i tested the flash drive and its ok.

what is the case model number.
you need to connect the Front USB 3.0 cable to a 19pin header not a 9 pin (USB2/USB1) header.

Is probably connected(inside on the motherboard) to a 2.0 port instead of a 3.0

I connected it using the 19 pin header.
My case is https://www.tecware.asia/edgetg this.

i dont know but i tested another usb 3.0 and it really doesnt detect it.
i tried a usb sd card adapter and it detects it.

quesolala :

does the USB 3.0 port on the rear panel of the motherboard detect the drive properly?
the USB 3.0 drivers are loaded (windows 7 only)?
the USB controller is set to run at full speed in the BIOS/UEFI settings?

If you want that Case to be USB 3.0 it has to be connected to a Motherboard that supports it.
