I tried it any it failed. Good that nothing happend! I update it with the Gigabyte App Center but I don't wanna risk to press anything inside the Folder from -> check out the download link

Gigabyte BIOS

They say Beta BIOS
Support next generation CPU
* This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS

I really don't understand what they mean. Any tutorial link or video for me to follow?

Get hold of a USB stick and format it to FAT32
Download the bios file from the gigabyte website, and extract it, it will be a zip file.
copy the EXTRACTED files only to your USB stick, not in any folders, just on the root of the USB stick
reboot your computer and enter the bios
Goto the save and exit menu and load bios defaults, it might say optimised defaults.
save and exit, but boot back to the bios
load the Q-Flash utility in the bios, I think its F9 to enter Q-Flash, but it will say at the bottom of the screen which button to press to launch Q-Flash.
follow the onscreen instructions.
DO NOT REMOVE THE USB STICK UNTIL FLASHING IS COMPLETE AND YOUR COMPUTER RESTARTS.
You can now shut down again and put your new CPU in.

They say Beta BIOS - this means they never finished it, so its a beta bios
Support next generation CPU * - this is so that your new CPU will work in it
This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS - this means you cant back flash to an earlier version after flashing the bios.

Im guessing the op are using a supported CPU, as they are able to boot to windows, hence access to the Gigabyte App Centre in windows, which the op stated they didnt want to risk and use.

Unless the OP had a mb that already had its BIOS updated.. Which makes updating the BIOS unneeded.
