So i got my new parts arrived today.
MOBO Asus Z270H Gaming
CPU i7 7700k
PSU Cooler Master B600
Vengeance DDR4 3000
Still no GPU
SSD from OLD pc that is working properly
So lets start with what i tried. i went thru the list that was posted many times in similar threads.
So thats what happens when i connect the PSU cable to the PC
the little Power Led is RED and ofc the lightning around the board as well

red lights goes on.
When I press the power button there is no BEEP ( No Internal speaker ) and no signal on the screen.
*Fans are working both when i tried the CPUFAN and Chassi fans are working as well.
CPU socket doesnt look like damaged:

I Tried with 2 different monitors that im using right now with old pc both DVI
1) Tried other PSU from my old pc and same shit goes on
2) Tried to take out the mobobattery for 30 minutes
3) tried to switch ram positions and go on without any rams
4) tried to only put on the PSU and MOBO and im getting same lights
5)I made sure that 24 pin and 8 pin are connected.
