Is this a good gaming pc?

Solution
I would have made some subtle changes, but at the end of the day, that build works. If you can press buy now, then do it. It's rare to see a RX580 at the price right now. I say go for it .
Make sure the PSU is the new CX line (black and white label & lettering) and not the old one (green "CX" lettering). I *think* it's hte new one because of the wattage (I believe the old one came in 500 and 600w, but not 550, but I'm not entirely sure). Cheers!

It seems the RX 580 and SSD are out of stock so what should i replace them with? The place i want to buy them from is www.Arvutitark.ee

Aww man that sucks. You can't really replace them with much. You either have to wait, or spend an extra more on jacked up pricing. I hate to say it, but it's a bad time to build a PC right now. If you truly want to game right now, you can get a GTX 1050 Ti, but that means lowering the settings which seems like a waste with this build.

Did you try looking at a gtx 1060. It should be about the same price as the rx 580 and equally as good.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 / 3GB GDDR5 / Mini ITX OC
Should i go for this one?

No do not get the 3GB version. Again, I would wait until prices go down. you are only limiting yourself from playing games at the best quality. If that is the case, you should just get a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB and play with that.
