I don't like metro pcs and...I want too know how can...I switch my phone over to T-mobile faster

....you'd have to talk to Metro/T-Mobile.

If you're still under contract, you'd likely have to pay off your device via Metro to be 'in the clear' and move/transfer your number.

MetroPCS is part of T-Mobile US, Inc (as of October 2012). They utilize the same towers/frequencies etc as their part company, so yes, you should be able to move over just fine.

That being said, I'm not sure if they're offerings/speeds are going to be any better considering they're essentially the same company.
