So I suddenly got this error after a year of this computer working pretty well. The error just restarts the computer by itself and at random times (sometimes computer works great and other times opening programs causes computer to crash and restart).

This is what was in the event log:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Component: AMD Northbridge
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: HyperTransport Watchdog Timeout Error

I already tried updating my graphic driver (clean install), doing an sfc scannow, virus scan, and even tested out the RAM. Not sure what else to do, as I couldn't find solution anywhere online, that worked for me.

And Yes my graphic cards is overclocked, but it didnt cause an issue before.

Not causing an issue before does not mean it's not causing an issue now.

Try running everything at stock speeds. Check for a BIOS update for the motherboard if there is any, as well as the other drivers.

Okay so my BIOS is already at newest version and I also updated other drivers that were pretty minor (network adaptor,audio,etc.). Also put my graphic card to stock speeds. Will come back with an update.
