Does my MOBO support NVME?

I'm using the MSI Tomahawk Arctic (https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9H55MB2578&cm_re=tomahawk-_-13-144-028-_-Product), will my NVME M.2 (https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147594&cm_re=960_evo-_-20-147-594-_-Product) run at full speed, 3200 Mbps.

Yes it does, and that drive works perfectly in that board too, ive had one in my b350 mortar and my x370 gaming pro carbon, one of the fastest consumer nvme drives available.

On the msi website for that board, in the specifications it will say M.2 PCI-E 3.0 x4 support which is basically nvme.
