(also need help on a mobo)
I already have a 650W Power supply
2 TB HDD
and that is basically most of what I can think of. If anyone has any ideas if this is good, or if there is a good Motherboard (One that I maybe able to Overclock a bit on) than that would be awesome!

I am a complete idiot, I forgot to mention I have a 1060 already as I have a pc now that needs an upgrade, so the parts I have are a 1060, 2tb, 650W Power supply, and a case and that is it

That SSD is overpriced for what it offers, the 850 Evo is faster for the same price.
Also a good 250GB is all that's needed, it's a waste to spend any more.
You don't need to spend 600.

The 850 evo is a SATA SSD with sata speeds. The 600p is an NVME SSD with NVME speeds.
Whereas to get the 960 Evo he has to ditch the better board, which is absolutely not recommended.
OP if you can stretch your budget a bit, then replace the Intel 600p with the Samsung 960 Evo in my list, but dont go with the 250GB. Get the 500GB unit, its worth it with faster Write speeds.

I have tested the b350 tomahawk and its a pretty decent overclocker for its price. Also unlike the ASRock, it supports XMP memory which is an added advantage. The ASRock on the other hand has ECC profile which can slow down the performance in real time.
The OP already has a case.

Spending on a more expensive board doesnt always add value. Even that board doesnt have XMP and other than a slightly better VRM and Crossfire, it has nothing more to offer. Get this if you can stretch the budget. The bigger capacity SSD is a better investment.

It does have XMP support. ?
While it may be better $ per GB, it is not always the best investment.
For a gaming rig 250GB is heaps, any more isn't really a great use of money, especially at this price point.
At that stage you might as well get a 1700, and before you ask yes you can still slot the Tomahawk in it, although I insist that it isn't worth the extra $30 for a few extra features, OCs the same in my experience, and both support XMP.
