Downloaded Fallout New Vegas 2 days ago and loaded it to find my fps was constantly sitting at 1-10. I spent the past couple days talking to people on steam and we still can't resolve the issue. My laptop should be able to run it hardware wise but people have said it might be Windows 10 screwing it up and not recognizing it's running a game.
