After the Creator's Update, I can't access the Internet using wired Lan connection when I boot my PC for the first time. However, after every time I reboot the PC, the network will be normal and works flawlessly. How can I solve this weird problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Solution
Most likely the network adapter goes to sleep and does not wake. Generally, these are bugs in the motherboard bios or in the a old version of the network driver. Attempt to fix by updating the motherboard bios, and the motherboard network drivers from the motherboard vendors web site. You can also work around the problem if you go into windows control panel device driver, right mouse click on the network device and find the properties tab for the sleep functions and tell the device to not sleep. You could also
Set the machine to high performance mode so it never sleeps. Best fix is to update the bios and driver.
