Hello there,
I was wondering if a 450 Watt Corsair CX 430 is enough to power my pc. This is my part list:
AMD FX 8320 (Will be overclocked)
MSI 980Ti OC 2x (Requires 2 8 pin connectors)
Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB
2 1TB HDD Black
Asrock 970 Extreme 4
2 Sticks of generic 4GB DDR3
1 DVD Reader
2 Fractal Design Silent R2 Fans
A Pretty huge CPU Cooler (Wasn't able to find the name)

Kind regards,
Arno

No.

The CX 430 (which is a poor-quality entry-level PSU that is already discontinued) only provides 384W at the +12V rail and only comes with a single PCIE 6+2 pin power connector. It is also non-modular, has only 3-year warranty, low efficiency, low build-quality, only rated 30C oper. temp., and poor reliability.

Your CPU might go around ~125W when OC'd (http://www.anandtech.com/show/6396/the-vishera-review-amd-fx8350-fx8320-fx6300-and-fx4300-tested/6). Your GTX 980Ti would draw around ~250W to ~280W (https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_980_Ti_Gaming/28.html). That's already going overboard the rated +12V power the CX 430 can provide. Add your other components (RAM, HDD, SSD, Fans, etc.) and you'd be adding around ~50W to ~100W more -- drawing an estimated grand total in the vicinity of ~450W (maybe more when fully stressed in OC).

I'd highly suggest you get a good-quality PSU to run those power-hungry components of yours. Consider getting some of the best ~550W to ~650W (esp. if extreme OC), for your rig.

Highly recommended models include, but are not limited to: Seasonic G series (G-550), EVGA SuperNOVA G2 series (G2 550), and Corsair RMx series (RM550x). If you are on a very tight budget, consider more affordable options (slightly less in quality than the aforementioned PSUs but certainly better than your current one), such as: Seasonic M12II EVO series (620W), Seasonic S12II series (620W), or Corsair CXM (2012 Edition - gray label) series (CX650M).
