Hi,

Please give this a look, any feedback is very much appreciated.

I have build this pc almost one year ago and its driving me crazy. Since I have had it, during games (mainly happens in CSGO but in other games also such as Rocket league or Forza Horizon) PC will completely lock up (sometimes with a loud noise from headphones) with no BSOD requiring manually hard reset. PC is not overclocked. System does not crash outside games.

This happens sometimes once a week, sometimes twice a day. I have done numerous stress tests and benchmarks and the PC always passes all which is driving me crazy (including INTEL processor test & 3DMark).

BIOS is updated and C-state is off (many users were reporting issue with C-state) but freezes still occur. All drivers are updated. No temperature issues. RAM has been tested individually with 4 hours for each stick and passes. Windows has already been reinstalled once by me and once by computer repair shop but still no use. I tried powering PC from different wall socket and PC still crashes. I have also run Samsung repair kit for my SSD and HDD (as they are samsung brand) with no errors found.

After all this troubleshooting, my computer repair shot insisted that it must be the graphics card. I have replaced my NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti with 1080 Ti, but the crash still remains. I do not have spare parts to switch and test so I'll have to buy whatever I need to test.

PC specs:
CPU: Intel i7-6700K
RAM: 2 x CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Memory Kit Model CMK8GX4M1A2400C14.
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 980 Ti changed to 1080 Ti
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
MOBO: ASUSTeK Z170-A
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 B2, 80+ BRONZE 850W

Again, all help is appreciated !
