Hi guys,
I'm building an upgrade for my PC and so far I got the combo of Taichi and Ryzen 1700. I'm wondering what the correct memory modules might be. I came across reports of modules not running at correct speeds with Ryzen and something about Samsung b-die.

Anyways, after chewing through all the stuff I decided to go for G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL14 Flare X; PC4-25600, XMP 2.0; 14-14-14-34. Is this particular module gonna work with this setup, I mean at 3200mhz out of the box? If CPU overclock might be necessary, then that's fine, I'm going for that.

For reference, other options I have saved are:
G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL14 Trident Z RGB; PC4-25600, XMP 2.0; 14-14-14-34
(both RGB and non-RGB versions)
Haven't found G.Skill Fortis at shops in my country.

Thank you in advance!
Best,

PS: Wtf happened to RAM prices, jesus...

Yes, the Flare-X is perfect in the Taichi as I have that board with a 1600x. I got 2x8GB and after the initial build, I changed the setting in the bios to the XMP profile for 3200 and it was perfect. Two months and not a single issue.
