So at the moment I have a Cougar QBX ATX Case, a H110 plus motherboard and a stick of 8GB DDR4 RAM. My budget is about £160-£180 and I need some suggestions for parts.
As for a graphics card I was thinking about a HD 7870 which I can pick up for £60 at a local second hand shop maybe, any ideas? :D

make sure the bios is up to date


drop in a pentium G4560, get the 7870, and a 500w+ power supply that has at least two 6-pin pcie cables

do you know if the mobo bios is up to date? or at least version 3016?

I'd say yes, I used it quite recently but put all the parts onto my brothers PC.
