Hi, i replace the hard drive because laptop dont start to windows, stay at the logo, and now with a new hard drive ssd take forever to start formating... What can cause this since the hard drive is new?

Solution
Hm, I suppose it could be that the SATA controller itself is faulty... It might be worth looking to see if the laptop or SSD manufacturer has any kind of diagnostic suite you can run; failing that, a generic bootable hard-drive/SSD test utility might shed some light on it.

What are you using to format the drive? It shouldn't be necessary to pre-format it prior to running Windows Setup - that will create and format partitions automatically and usually only takes a few seconds to do it.
