2.0 *16 PCI Express graphic card on 1.1 *16 PCI Express

Hi guys!

I bought an MSI 730 GT 2.0*16 Pci Express graphic card for my GA-EP31-DS3L MOBO which has 1.1*16 PCI Express slots and I would like to know if my new GPU will run at full capacity or due to the older 1.1*16 PCI Express slot will be bottlenecked.

But when i verify my GPU specs in AIDA x64 shows at core : "clock 405 MHZ ( original:700 )
memory clock :810 ( original: 1400 )"

And at the memory bus properties shows me : "real clock ( 405 MHZ ( original 810)
effective clock:810 MHZ
"
This doesn't mean that i's not running at full capacity?
