To update the BIOS you must have a 6th gen Intel core to put in or to have it upgraded by the manufacturer that noone can guarantee you that it is indeed updated.

The chipset (h110,b150,z170 and others) have differences between them which in some cases it's non important and in others significant. One of the difference between the chipsets is that some can OC the CPU/ram and others can't. Generally the zXXX chipsets are the best. If you have an unlocked CPU then the proper way to go is with a z chipset. So in your case it's the z270.

More info about the chipsets can be found here:

Also to both of the replies so far; Switch is done; ordering a z270 instead of z170 now. The rest is all fairly good and intercompatible components?

Also for the more experienced People or simply enthousiasts who like to help, If you dont mind reviewing my individual choices and mayb suggest explain changes or Overkills (Overkill mainly about power supply).

Also I am Aware that this case is extremely expensive but I saw it and it Looks simply phenomenal.

There is nothing incompatible and no your PSU is not overkill. You need a good and reliable PSU especially with that kind of hardware and you choose wisely.
The case is subjective choice after a point.
I would have chosen g.skill ram of a higher clock (3200 or above) and more specifically the trident z series. They are exceptional.
The water cooling is not my expertise and I would probably never put one in my system because I prefer a very good air solution. The 7700k though is reaching high temps so I guess you chose correctly.
