I'd personally say the one that is the extra 60 bucks is worth it if you care about the extra details. For example, it has built in wifi, has an extra USB 3.1 port, higher megahertz than the first one has, it's got the cooling zone, etc. Just extra stuff like that. It's a pretty damn nice board. But if you want to keep the 60 bucks, the first one is still a damn good board. Either is a great option, it just depends on if you prefer the one with the extra stuff on it.
