So my computer is all fine and dandy and then i shut down my computer, when i turn it back on my computer had a blue screen, at this point i did not know what to do so i brought it to the local computer services to fix my computer. They have replaced my ram,motherboard,etc and the problem was still exist and then they said to format all of the folders and windows 8(btw before this i was using windows 8), so i did what they said format the whole system and install windows 7, but when i install it the installation loop all over and over again after the installation is finished. If anyone is willing to help me i will highly apreciate it.

Did you try another hard drive? Seems a bit excessive to replace a motherboard without trying a clean Windows setup on a spare hard drive.
Need full system specs of the computer, brand, models of the components. Did you try installing Windows 8? Or maybe even 10?
