Hey everyone, currently writing this in a very annoyed mood.
I just built my friends PC, only to find out that it does not post, and then reboots after 20 seconds or so.
I've tried:
- Reseating RAM, GPU, CPU and checked all cables.
- Resetting CMOS
- Breadboard setup
- Tried booting without the GPU, and with a different GPU.
- Checked both the M.2 SSD as well as the normal HDD
- Booting without either the SDD, HDD, GPU or RAM
It always returns the same situation. Fans start spinning, so does the HDD, then it shuts off, and reboots. No video signal or beep codes.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 1400 with stock cooler
GTX 1050Ti (GIGABYTE Windforce OC edition)
ASRock AB350M
HyperX Fury RAM, 8GB 2666
Seagate barracuda 2TB HDD
Corsair CX450M

I can't access the BIOS, no. And after I have gathered more info, I might try it with minimal components again

The system won't boot without the ram, and you won't see anything displayed without the GPU.
Try putting the ram into different ram slots, try ith only 1 stick, try with the other.
How many reboots have you let it go through? the first boot for ryzen actually takes a long time because the motherboard is configuring itself. It will reboot it self a few times, and then it should work.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I am aware that without the GPU I'd have no video, but it was to check if it did the same.. Restarting thing. And the same thing with the RAM.
I only have one stick so I have only been able to try placing it in the other slot. And I let it go till somewhere around ten reboots, it's not longer just a long boot time, because it actually restarts the machine over and over again.

I have almost the exact same setup and the exact same issue...super annoying. I am on my second motherboard and have tried two different video cards...no luck, frustrated as hell especially since you can not get to bios at all due to no video output at all.

I was able to send it back and have the issue resolved by updating the BIOS. They used a different stick of memory that was compatible and were able to boot up that way.

my ram is listed as compatible with the mobo per the website but I may have to try a different ram just to be sure...thanks for the update!
