AMD-FX9370 FPS Drops in all games.

Currently its summer and my country and it is very hot, room temperature about 30C. I have a 3 year old FX-9370 water cooled with corsair hydro H60. When im playing I get 70C on my cpu and around 50/60 on other components. Are the temperatures my problem?

We did not know which gpu you had but with that information, yes there is a bottleneck but that is not the issue here, yes the h60 would do well with a 7700k, it only has a 91w tdp so it fair much better. Now you would need a new Mobo and ram with that should you go that route

Around 65 to 85 depends on the game. My pc just blue screened too.

He is not being bottlenecked, he is thermal throttling, you need to bring the temps down, my suggestion is to underclock the cpu for now to get a base line of what your temps are going to be with that h60, you need a pretty hefty water cooler for any fx 9xxx cpu

Yup I will probably put it down to something around 4.1 Ghz from 4.6
