Need help with this budget for components

Hi, I am currently building a PC and want it to fit within a price range of $1300 including the operating system. I am currently about $250 over the budget and was wondering what I could do to lower the price down to around my $1300 mark.

My desired specs that I have:

The price comes out to about $1,557.42. I need to get the price down to around $1300, feel free to change up the specs, and thank you so much for helping!

What about this, much closer in price (did a manual entry for the GPU since Fry's isnt on PCPartpicker). This is also after rebates. If you want it before rebates some parts will need to be changed.

Wow. Thank you so much. That is perfect! One last question, how did you calculate the price it would be including tax, shipping, etc.?

It calculates that automatically, tax though can vary, Newegg doesn't charge tax (unless you are in Cali) Bestbuy probably will so its not 100% accurate, but is usually extremely close. Shipping on Newegg is a flat rate for items (depending on size of course) no matter the destination if shipping to the continuous 48 states. So shipping the case to say New York, is the same as shipping it to Washington State.
