The H7 is one of the best $35 coolers you can buy
The H5 is one of the best $45 coolers you can buy

Performance wise both are suitably priced in relation to their cost. If you have $45 to spend, as long as it fits, I'd get the H5... if you don't then the H7 is one of the coolers I'd consider.

Scythe rocks. If ya like quiet... the Mugen 5 is incredible. They have several options in the $40-$50 price range some of which outperform coolers twice their price

Here's the $36 Mugen Max matching the $90 Cryorig R1
