hi there so i have this problem my sisters (samsung) tablet with all her data stoped working it would not turn on for long the back flash was flashing as in the light was turning on for a second but even that went away but now i see that it connected to my pc and holding down the power button brings it up as ''Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)'' is there a way or atleast a chance of data recovery by me or a profesional data recovery center pls help i had it opend the batteries are full (there are two and both are full at about 4 volts which is pretty much as full as it gets with it not charged for like a month now) oh and the bettery is fine and working
so i have this problem with a galaxy tab 10.1

It sounds more like they are not charging and will not turn on. Is that the case?
How long have they been charging?
If that's the case then yeah, a data recovery service can help but often people find that it costs far more than they expected.

I am not sure where you live, but, try going local. Some outfits that repair cell phones, also repair tablets. If you are in the US, you might try Best Buy/Geek Squad, or https://www.ubreakifix.com/.

Or just try searching on Tablet repair on the internet. I would do this before going to a data recovery site. It might be that your batteries just need to be replaced. And that would be less expensive then getting a professional to recover your data.
