Every game starts to lag in 4-5 minutes after I start the game. This is started almost a week ago, I tried to find a solution online but none have helped me so far so I finally decided to post my problem here. Now by every game, I mean almost each and every game lags after few minutes(except for CS 1.6, don't know why). Even the games that I run on Bluestacks (Governor of Poker, FIFA mobile, etc.) or on Windows store (Asphalt Extreme or Asphalt 8) start to lag(this is the limit, its unbelievable!). I am sure that there is no issue with the temperatures of GPU and CPU, I have been using this PC since almost 3 years. I don't know if there's a layer of dirt in between cooler and the CPU but other than that I have done almost everything I can. I have checked that the temps are ok, PSU is proper(been using it since 3 yrs), RAM is good enough(8GB). I have provided proper specs of my rig below right from DxDiag:

I hope above mentioned System Information and Display Devices will suffice, would like to know what's causing this problem and is it solvable or not without purchasing anything :)

UPDATE: SOLVED the problem

I cleaned the dirt between CPU and its cooler, seems as if the solution I kept as the last resort was my solution after all.

might wanna reapply thermal paste on the cpu.
Have you check the temps while playing?

Run defrag on your hdd.

Check what other programs are running when you play games, it might just på high cpu/hdd usage..
