^^ As title states, I need the best possible build for 500$, I now its a bit of a long shot, but I know Toms Hardware can get it done. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Solution
Don't go with that, not good value for money.
You want at least a Ryzen 1400, the G4560 isn't gonna cut it there.
H110 boards are also incompatible with Kaby Lake processors unless you first update with a Skylake chip.

I strongly suggest you don't video record AND edit/render at the same time while gaming unless it's with ShadowPlay, since it will put an extremely high load on your GPU.
I also recommend you save $40 more and get a Ryzen 1600, it'll go a long way.

The problem here is that, I dont know the settings you game or which game you play, but just a decent GFX is always 150+$ . not much room for CPU horsepower.

Yea, this build is for my friend, he's trying to get into Youtube content creation, even though that market is going to drop to its knees soon.
