Okay so before you tell me I'm these both suck but I just need some new ram quick and real cheap so which is better? I need ddr3 so these both are ddr3. Please help

Unfortunately, there's more to it than just picking the right type of DDR.
You have Mhz speed, registered, ECC, density, and voltage to think about. Both of these of these sticks have an extra 'register' chip on them and are mainly used in server hardware. If you have verified that these will work in your computer then it doesn't matter as the price and performance will be practically the same.
