I can't find those exact matches on the Asus page, and this crucial link http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/ASUS/prime-a320m-k shows a bunch of UDIMM type ram? Sorry I really don't know what I'm doing.

they should both work. I would suggest buy a faster module as ryzen can benefit from the faster bus.
3000mt or better
the modules on the ASUS page are the QVL Qualified Vendors list, the models listed there are all but guaranteed to work as they have been tested by ASUS to work, this does not mean they are the only RAM modules that will work, it just removes a bit of uncertainty buying off the QVL.

the RAM speed limit is 2666. then your speeding (overclocking) you are essentially limiting the speed limit to 2133. it will work and you will get to the destination but slower. why limit yourself to slower RAM?
you are looking at single sticks, when a modest increase in expense can get a dual channel kit, which is essentially like opening extra highway lanes, keeping with the auto analogy. a dual lane freeway is always faster than a lower speed single lane access road. the access road will get you there, a single lane highway is faster but single file, a dual lane highway has both benefits of higher speed and parallelism (side by side instructions vs single file)
2133 single lane access road. slow single file
2666 single lane highway. faster single file
2133 (Dual channel) two lane access road. slow but offers parallelism.
2166 (dual channel) two lane highway. fast and parallel.
how do you want to get to the game?

Me too. I prefer forced frugality. those will work, but the RAM posted by Lucky_SLS would be the choice I would make. for three dollars you increase the ram performance by three speed levels. a buck per speed step is worth it.
