I built my computer and I don't know if i should overclock it with a stock cooler. And can you please tell me what is the temp range that I should stay away from in full load
The 1700x doesnt come with a stock cooler, the 1700 does, and its around about 3.6 to 3.7ghz before you have to start raising the voltage to get anymore out of it, which is when the heat really starts to build up.

What load was this?
If it was synthetic that's fine.
If it's under gaming load consider getting an aftermarket cooler, I recommend the Cryorig H7 for $34.99 on Newegg.

This morning, I tested my benchmarks again and its 55c in full load. It's probably my room temperature and I changed my fan speeds too.
The highest I would go is 3.8-3.9 tbh, any higher isn't that great, 4.0 is the max on air, and that requires heaps of tweaking and isn't guaranteed to be a stable OC.
