How can I tell how many watts I'll need?

So let's say I'm preparing to build a rig to the following specs:

- Nvidia Geforce GTX 750ti video card
- Intel i7-2600 CPU
- 16GB DDR3 memory
- a pair of hard drives, one 500GB and the other 2TB.

How many watts would I need my PSU to be in order to power all this safely?

Solution
That system'll draw around max 250w under full load.
Don't get a crap PSU though, get the Corsair CX550M (Black label) from Newegg for $36 after rebate.
It can run normally under even a generic 300w though if you're talking an older system.
Any reason you're buying those parts?
Get a 1050 new for $90 instead of the 750 Ti.
Buying used?

That's without the motherboard, the motherboard should be adding around 70 watts at least.\

And if I'm not mistaken, the entry-level line of Corsair PSUs are garbage. Look for something like Seasonic or Antec, maybe Evga as well.
