Help with a customizable laptop!

I need to know what manufacturers have a website where you can customize what's in your laptop? I had a Toshiba Satellite that I bought Aug of 2015. It broke and was not repairable. I don't want another one because I heard they went downhill after selling some parts of the company. I'm currently on the fence between Asus, Lenovo and Acer. Any other recommendations would be a greatly appreciated.

Edit: Forgot to add for college and about $700 USD.

HP has customizable models. but dont expect complete control on part selection.
if buying a new laptop can wait till this winter, ryzen apu laptops can be worth it. they come with vega gpu.
