I used to be able to right-click on the desktop and go to the AMD Catalyst Control Centre in order to configure the switchable graphics/performance, but, since 'AMD Gaming Evolved' was installed, I have been unable to do that. I used to be able to go from GE to CCC, but I cannot do that in the latest update.
I am using an Alienware m17 laptop, my dedicated graphics card is an 'AMD Radeon R9 M290X', and my normal graphics card is an 'Intel HD Graphics 4600'.
