Almost omniprevalent stuttering regardless of settings, especially when turning (Panning camera) Have latest driver installed.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 @ 3.20 Ghz

GPU: Nvidia 1050 Ti

Memory: 8 GB

this is a very easy to use program. Just select what you wanna watch while playing, cpu/gpu usage, memory, fps, etc. let the program run
Start a game. It will be diplayed on top left on the screen. Se what they are displaying and if there are some big diffrence when stuttering happens
