I have just recently bought the Plantronics 388 PC gaming headset and the mic on it does not seem to be working. I am plugging it into my laptop, and every time I plug in the mic aux cord on the head into the computer it does not pick it up, instead it uses the laptops mic, I really need help with this one, don't want to waste the money I spent on it, there is only one aux port on my laptop and the headset needs two, what should I do?
