First time having this problem, My computer might be shit and stuff, but it never had this problem.
My specs are:
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz
Video card: Nvidia GT 220
Ram: 2 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1, 64-bit

It happens in EVERY game, Sluttering begins after 5-6 minutes in game and gets worser if you don't quit the game because it affects the whole computer then.
So i don't know what's the problem, i tried almost everything i found in internet but none helped, any more solutions?

Solution
I would start the pc when the temps go so high.
If you havent already , clear out all the dust in the gpu.
AND make sure that the fan or fans on the card are spinning all the time.

On one of my old GPU, the fan started to spin the first 10-15 sec, then it stopped. It had gotten alittle loose.

You say that this has only recently started happening? I would have expected it to have happened before if i am being honest!
The system is desperately low on RAM for a start. Windows will take +/- 1gb to run - on its own, then a game on top.... You can see where this is going.
What games are you playing? This is a strange one as you say it has only just started happening!

I was playing Counter Strike Global Offensive, Primal Carnage: Extinction, Depth. I Never changed any resolution or Quality in CS:GO So it was never lagging, I Tried lowering the quality but nothing changed. Next: I know Depth and Primal Carnage might be for medium computer since mine is bad, but if i'd change the resolution and graphics to low, i'd pretty be able to run it without lags.

Also after i noticed the sluttering i tried other games, i downloaded games that could run basicly ANY COMPUTER i download Minecraft and Half life. Because these are games that i guess every computer can run without lags?
I Got the same result in these aswell. After 5-10 minutes sluttering begun, So i don't even know.

run HWmonitor or MSI Afterburner while playing to check the usage, temps etc on cpu, gpu, memory.

First I would suggest you clean out any dust in the pc. DO NOT USE THE VACCUM CLEANER!!!!
Use Q-tips and/or Compressed Air.

Ok, how much space is being used on your HDD? Have you run a file clean-up program such as Ccleaner? I would strongly suggest downloading said program and seeing if you can clean up some rubbish from the HDD, and the system registry.
I take it that windows and your GPU are both running with the most up-to-date software? Also is your case and components free from dust, and the airflow is good in the case?

Process of elimination here as you stated that the PC would run these games ok before... Would still strongly suggest a RAM upgrade though!

So i should try clearing my processor from dust?

I'll try CCleaner right now.

And i don't know what to look at when using HWMonitor?

Dust will get on the ALL the fans, espacially on the GPU fans and the CPU.
IF the temps are still high after cleaning out all the dust, you might have to reapply thermal paste on the CPU.

CCleaner didn't fix anything.

If you ran the cleaner and the registry cleaner, it would have helped - even if it did not fix this specific problem.
As for HWmonitor, you need to look for the CPU temp article on the list. this will tell you if your system is being thermally throttled.

That's the one!
If you go to the top and click view, then click reset max/min. Then run your game (s) and check back when the game starts stuttering. You will see the max temp that the CPU had reached.
Also, click the little plus (+) icon next to your GT220 GPU and see what temps you get on that too.

Yeah, that may well be your issue here, the card should not be hitting those temps! Very hot.
If you have made sure that the drivers are up to date, and that the card is absolutely clen of dust. The next thing to do is sort out the fan curve. What software are you using to monitor your GPU and settings?
