GPU temp still increases....

Im afraid to play some games i play witcher 3 for 2 hours and my gpu reaches 76 degrees but i have overclocked it from 900 mhz to 1050 core and from 1200 to 1415 memory , is that temp too high for a sapphire 7850 and ambient temp 35 degrees celcius? i cleaned it some time ago but i didnt change paste cause its risky for a gpu like this.

Yes its summer and its very hot in here the problem is this temp only happens when i play dead space 3 without vsync and the fps go very very high up to 300 maybe more frames mean more temp? on witcher 3 i get max 68-69 sorry for the misinformation i get up to 76 only on dead space 3 when i play normal games like sniper elite 4 and nier automata i get max 67-70 degrees why is that?even though it uses 100% of gpu in both scenarios
