I recently got a nee computer, it is using all pre owned parts

i5 2400
8GB DDR3 1333mhz RAM
500GB Hard disk drive
AMD HD 7850

For tor the firsf two days, it was running great and really fast. Everything loaded instantly and i had zero lagging. But one time i turned it on and it was for some reason REALLY slow, it could barely log into windows.

So i wiped the disk and installed windows 7 (prrviously had 10)
But it is still awfully slow, a bit more usable but it still has not responding, long loading times, programs stall.

Before this happened I was playing GTA V and it ran constantly at 60FPS and the GPU was at 40 degrees

What could the issue be?, I would do anything even if I have to wipe it several times.

The only use I had for this PC was gaming.

Then you may be limited by your hard drive. If after a new installation of Windows, and nothing added...and it's still slow, it may be time to consider replacing the hard drive. Also, have you clean out your computer to get rid of dust ?
