My budget is about 1100 including a monitor, anything I should change?

Yes, but some boards will only run RAM at 2133 or 2400 when all 4 slots are populated. I would recommend going with 2 x 8GB modules instead. Not only is it more likely to run at its rated speed, it will allow you to upgrade in the future.

The B350 board is Duel Channel. So RAM goes in pairs for best speed. I agree you should do 2 16s that allows a ram upgrade in at a later date. The Mobo you can drop 40 bucks with a ASRock or other Asus ones could be around 80-90 bucks. That would help your screen. As for Seagate/WD I will NEVER user a seagate ever. Too many failed drives. I would try a black drive if you can' the blues are a bit slower.

I have very good experience with seagates. I have still one more than 10 years old 80 gb seagate hard drive, and it still runs good and fast. And I was formatting it like every week. My dad has 500 GB Seagate for 8 years, and still good and fast too. Oh, and WD BLACK is bit slower than Seagate Barracuda, that is 30 dollars less expensive.

oversoendingon some items mate.
heres a build including a 75htz screen for $1100
