What should I upgrade first?

This is my first PC and I just came into some money and not sure what to upgrade first. Here's my build:
Intel - Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ASRock - H110M-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard G.Skill - Aegis 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory Seagate - BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive MSI - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Video Card EVGA - 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply Thermaltake - Core V1 Mini ITX Tower Case

Well it depends on the game and the settings. You could go with a i5-6500 with extra cores. That will probably be the best for basic mulit-tasking.

I play a lot of things from overwatch to early access games like DayZ, PLAYERUNKNOWN, etc. I find that for a lot of my games if I want to watch a youtube video in the background my game's framerate becomes horrendous and even when I just want to watch a video like on youtube or crunchyroll it just slows down and my google chrome would stop responding. I just assumed it needs to be stronger.
